Updated documentation.

Finalized BOM and layout for submission to SeeedStudio.

Switched from 2N7000 to BSS138 N-MOSFET (TO92 to a SOT23 part) but left the
jelly bean 78L05 as the SOT-223 parts have a larger footprint.
Created a proper footprint for the Molex right-angle connected and the
power jack (the earlier one has suspiciously small holes) and rearranged
slightly for this.
Included a Schottky diode inline before the 78L05 for reverse protection
and as a cheap fuse (as seen in the Arduino Nano).

Added PCB layout and PDF/PNG documentation for the schematic and layout.

Included GEDA gschem schematic for the fan control board.

Converted to timer based delay.

Use timer0 to count seconds. Checked with oscilloscope to ensure reasonable
accuracy.
